Default Will a 7 be cold enough?

I am planning on ordering my Nitro Daves plate kit tomorrow along with some other accessories and spark plugs. I plan on starting at a 150 shot. I am running a 413 cid LS2 that has 11.1:1 CR. I was thinking that an NGK with a heat range of 7 would be cold enough, but do you think I should go colder?

7 should be fine. it worked on my 11.5:1 motor on a 200 shot. on a dyno anyways i never sprayed it on the track with the 7's. i know that could def change things.

Thanks for the replies everyone. Guys at the N20 Outlet, you will be hearing from Beyond Redline in Green Bay with my order tomorrow. Thanks in advance, I know this kit is going to kick a$$.
