Default Another Spark Plug Question

Ok i would like to hear your opinions on Autolites AR94 racing plug. My mods are in sig and i also would like to know gap recommendations for this plug. I have been previously told to run the gap anywhere between .035 to .038. Does that sound right? Also what NGK plug should i run if i don't go with the AR94s? Let me know what you guys think.

if the car was tuned with a certain plug shouldn't i continue to run that plug or is the
br7ef equivalent to the autolite ar94 as far as heat range goes?

No, you can change it will be fine.

AR's are very hard if you hurt a plug using autolites your motor is DONE.
Ngks are much more forgiving.

I think the ar94's migh tbe slightly colder than 7's.
