post # of bottles your LS1 been through
I'd like to hear from those w/ N2O on how many bottles (lbs) you've been through on a factory LS1 block before any problems.
-give size of shot
-# of years or mileage used
I've had FORCED INDUCTION on my last car(never again).Yes, it was reliable, but tunning was always needing close attention. The guy who bought my car BLEW it up after owning it for 2 weeks(turned boost up to 10lbs)!

When i had the stock motor i ran a 100 shot for about 6 bottles and did fine. When i bumped it up to 150 I did about a bottle or two and blew a hole the size of a golfball through my oil pan lol. Its nice to have a forged motor now. I run a 200 shot on my 422.

1x 200shot wet
dunno maybe 8-10 x 175shots
lots at 150shot
and some more at the beginner 100shot, hell ran a couple bottles at 75-those are the bottles that last for like 20 passes. Not the 200 shot, about 4 runs if I heat it up.
Car has now, 35,000miles, thought it was 36k, but off by a grand. No engine problems, other than its hard to run Nitrous everyday, and not recommended to drive to and from work spraying. Did eventually blow out the 3-4 clutch pack. I sprayed thru everyone of the above mentioned shifts, except the last 200, that one decided to bounce the rev limiter for a few and never found 3rd....
All the nitrous has been consumed in the last 13months and about 11,000miles.

The car is still great, also had a hot cam and headers, it currently has 82,000 miles on it. My neighbor just bought it two days ago, being aware it was raced, hes planning on a rebuild in the future, otherwise, that car ran like a champ. It did 11.68 with a 125 shot lid and cutout. I changed the plugs every time i had the chance, and same with the oil. I started to save the recepts, but it took up too much room so i just logged it on a piece of paper up in the garage every time i filled up

i put nitrous on the car after the second week i bought it. the car had 39,000 miles then, now it's at 105,000 miles and still running strong. for the first one and a half, almost two years, i was going through around a bottle a week. i've calmed down since then. it is a 100 dry shot and i have been through more bottles than i can count.

I was told at a 150 shot there needs to be a few degress pulled out of the stock tune and the fuel pump is also questionable at that level.

about 20,000 on MTI 382 stroker, just finished nitrous last Friday, went through 17.5 lbs messing around with 100-150 shot on the street. Have two 10 lb bottles and one 15 lb bottles, had to make sure all worked, just got done toping of all three. took 3 degrees timing out when using nitrous (timing tuner), have window switch set 3,000 rpm to 6,200 (shift at 6500, auto). Converter is a 3400 multidisc Vig. Works great so far, killed a 2003 GSXR 750 from a stop.

Now that I have a refill station at home, lost count after 30+ bottles.
Was spraying 125hp on a basically stock LS1, now I am spraying 180shot NXL DP. So far I have about 5 or so bottles though my H/C setup on the 180shot.
Started spraying at 36K, she now as 51K miles

Last couple years, NOS dry 125.
This year, TNT wet 150.
Have my own refill station and I average about 15-20lbs. a week for myself in the summer, no problems yet. Started spraying the car at 3,000 miles, currently has 16,000 miles on it.
