Default nitrous newbie

so im in the process of doin a rebuild, new bearings, rings, the motor is head and cam, runs 11.3:1 comp. the motor was at 10.7:1 b4 and went 11:90s, this time around it has ported heads and ported ls6 intake. what i need to know is what kind of hit can i put on it to go 10s? it has stock pistons,346ci.

Sounds like a nice build. Since you are probably going to be in the in atleast the 440 plus hp range on Motor only I think I would install a wet system on it for the ease of tuning and ability to grow.

With the stock bottom end the safty point will be 150 hp. Some people stretch out further at there own risk.

You will want to concider fuel pump if you have not already.

stock pistons are the first failure id say 550rwhp is safe although we have taken them to 650 but don't recomend that. rod bolts above 7400rpm is recomended and rods around 750rwhp. the stock crank is good to over 1000 rwhp.
