My boy has a 355 with stock internal and we were wondering how much it can handle..anyone?

I would say 200 max safely with a good nitrous tune. I'm pushing 150 through a stock bottom end h/c pushing the motor to 6700 and it's still alive.

I was thinking the same thing.
Im not scared to throw 250 at my 355. Stock crank, rods, ARP hardware, clevite bearing, and forged pistons. But Im also doing a stand alone fuel system with race gas and all the other safety equip.

The motor should be able to handle a 150hp without a problem. It can hold 200hp but you tune / fueling and plugs ( it would be better to actually read the plugs ) needs to be spot on or something will happen and it wont be good. 200hp worth of nitrous is about the upper limit of most stock applications.
