Default Thinking about N20 for Detoxx

I never thought i'd consider this but nitrous may be an option until I get finances secured for my house purchase and then ultimately for a totally new setup for the car. So in the meantime i'm considering a 100-150 shot using TNT's wet kit (or something else suggested). My main concern is being safe. I don't plan on using it but maybe 2-4 times a month if that. I don't have too much experience with it and have been reading the stickies to familiarize myself with it more than what I already know. I used to be firmly against it but things change . Just incase no one knows i'm running a f11 cam with a ss3600 stall with stock heads and the usual bolt ons oh and a fast 92mm intake. If you guys can give me some suggestions on what to run i'd greatly appreciate it.

You're gonna need a fuel pump if you don't have one already. Plug change, and a tune if your ready to go. If you want to keep maximum n/a performance, you're going to want to look into some electronics as well.

You want nawzz? Last time I talked to you about it you wanted nothing to do it it. LOL. Thats a strong running car as it sits. Should run pretty damn good on the bottle. Give HSW a call. They can answer all your questions for you. They set me up with a good kit a couple years back at a good price.

Yeah I was but decided to give it a chance It will only be for street use like I said before and if I ever get some tires and go to the track.

TNT is out of business last i heard, made a great kit too. I just ordered a setup from HSW and read a lot of good stuff about them so give them a call and let them setup a kit for you.

So is there a such thing as the "best kit"? And am I crazy for thinking I can run a 150shot safely?

We have somewhat of a similar setup I guess.. I will be running a biggest shot of 175. Most of the time I will be on a 125, as when I am just running around town and what not. 175 will be for a PB at the track.

Not really, just depends on what you want and how much you want to spend. You could get a direct port, but it' is some change, and you really don't need it. And yes, you can run a 150 safely, I've been doing it for >3 years.

You Will Need substance abuse counciling very soon,

LOL, Basically, WIndow switch, FPS, Wideband, and use a filter. Make sure you use the right plugs for your application ( i ran br73f with no issues) And make sure you have enough fuel for what your wanting to do,

LET HER EAT!! youll love it! cuz when it hits, , oh i love it!

FPS = Fuel Pressure Sensor

You do not need the Fuel Pressure "Safety Switch" Causes more issues then helps but as long as you know the pump is working, thats half the battle.

I wouldn't say dry is better or worse than wet,it is just a matter or preference really.I prefer to only have to worry about 1 solenoid instead of 2,1 filter instead of 2,less fittings/lines,easier to hide and install ect.

Ok that's makes sense. Can someone enlighten me on what exactly a plate kit is? I searched through the stickies and have seen people mention it but I don't know what it is.
