Default 2 bar dry shot

anyone know if this will work. i have a 2 bar map sensor and big injectors. id like to spray a 150 dry shot. i have a mass air but the car is SD tuned. when the nitrous hits it should move above 100-105 kpa in hptuner. kinda like a blower or turbo car. can i add fuel in the 2 bar range for the dry shot? or is there a better way of doing a dry shot with a 2 bar?

I can't see any problem. The MAP sensor is only a sensor - it doesn't change anything.

Just curious why you are running a 2 bar sensor if you arn' t boosted. I can't see how this will work. Not sure how you will get above atmospheric pressure. I think you'll have to use the iat or coolant sensor trick to richen the mixture.

That part of the o/p through me off... I still don't think it will work. I'd use the one of the temp sensors and have the nitrous shut off when in boost with a hobbs switch.

this is for my vette, the last thing the camaro needs is some juice. i think i have it figured out. it might not be boost, but i think it will register over 105kpa. ill have to check to be 100%, even if it registers 110kpa, thats find, under boost enrichment i can richen it up for the shot

Why not use the Iat?
fuel enrichment table. and a resistor??

If you add nitrous then you need to add fuel. It has nothing to do with the 2-Bar MAP sensor. If the question is how should I add fuel with no MAF then I agree the IAT trick is a good method. The IAT trick is better even with a MAF.

It is still unclear why he is running a 2bar sensor anyway. Could use the coolant sensor too.

Nitrous wont raise the KPA like boost does.

Use a maf for 150 shot just make sure it is positioned right and it will work fine.
