Default Purge Problem

I was working on my tune today and decided to do some nitrous runs. The first time I purged the system, it worked fine. A few minutes later, I tried it again, and I only got a clicking from the purge solenoid.

I removed the main feed line and there was definately nitrous getting to the nitrous solenoid.

How can I determine if it is the purge or nitrous solenoid?

For reference, the kit is a new NX GM Wet kit. NX fuel, nitrous, and purge solenoids. I am using a HSW Microedge Plus for a controller.

Did you make a pull to see if the other two solenoids were working properly?

I attempted to make a pull and it did not spray. I assumed it was the settings in the Microedge which prevented it from spraying. Probably because I was spraying it from a roll and it was programed to spray in Gear 1.

Bottle pressure was 900-950 before I turned on the heater.

MicroEDGE won't prevent the purge from being operational. Are you running a relay with the purge?

Can you hear the purge clicking or the relay clicking? they will both make around the same noise. Put your hand on the actual solenoid and have someone hit the button to make sure the purge is opening and the wiring is fine. then you can go from there, either the solenoid not opening with 900-1000 psi of pressure at it or its not getting any nitrous at all. go in steps

You say it worked and then you say you turned on the heater and later it did not. Did you look at the pressure at the point when the puyrge was not opening. The bottle pressure may have been to high for what ever purge solenoid you had.

Easy way to tell would have been to bleed some pressure off the line by lossing the main feed line and then trying it again.
