Question 125 dry shot????

Can you run a 125 shot dry without a timing tricker safely, without compromising the N/A tune?

No, not "SAFELY". if you have it set up to only pull timing when nitrous kit is armed or spraying, then it will not compromise your N/A tune. with only 125 shot, all you need is a good N/A tune anway.

I have a 100 dry shot sprayed through the MAF and I was told by a reputable tuning company that you can run full N/A timing and when the maf picks up the extra denser air that it automatically adjust your fuel tables to compensate. I hope I explained that right either way when I dyno'd my car N/A and on n20 my afr stayed a consistent 11.8 through the entire rpm range. I would definitely have some sort of means for your car to compensate for the extra "air" or it could go lean which is never good.

I've heard that too. Its beyond 150 shot you start pulling some timing. but, if it really bothers you, you probably won't lose out on much by pulling 2-3 deg.
