Default Race gas and timing

I want to up my shot to 150 rwhp at some point this year. I have always pretty much ran a little bit of good gas for safety and kept a safe amount of timing out. My question is if I run this 150 rwhp shot this year with say 5 gallons of pump gas in the car and 3-5 gallons of 110 or 116 whichever I can get my hands on. My ideal timing I feel safe that needs to come out of the car is 5*. With this gas in the car can I leave a couple extra in there or what not? I'm just trying to find out what timing I can leave in or needs to come out vs pump gas and good gas. I'd also probably be running a TR7

i have been seeing that a lot of people are now saying stay away from the projected tip plugs, so go with the bpr7's <-- i think that's the right number. but the non projected tips.

The plug you are thinking of is br7ef. As far as the race gas issue, I don't really have too much experience with but I have always just sprayed a 100 to 150 shot on pump gas.

That a good thing about running with a hptuner so you can see if you are having KR and go from there.

You cant tune off knock on a nitrous car, it will detonate way before those sensors pick it up and it will do some damage.
