Well that is the burst disc, I think all the bottle come with the burst disc already in them when you get the bottles. The blow down tube is a actuall tube that will screw over the top of the burst disc that if the bottle was to get to hot, the nitrous would be routed outside the car and not in the cabin.

Something like this is the blow down tube.

Yeah that's the best picture I could find of it.......

All the NOS brand blow downs I saw didn't have the screw in adapter and were female so they obviously wouldn't work. That's why I was getting annoyed.

I actually looked at that part from HSW and read where it can't be used with some NOS bottles......What is some?

Do you know the thread type/size of NOS bottles? I'll run to the hardware store and fab up something probably because I need it by this weekend.

Yes ours will work with that bottle. If you need it bent in a 90* vs. a 180* bend just put it in the customer notes and I can bend it however you like.

There ya go... This is what he needs. The 90 works for the NOS style bottles that have the fitting in the neck..

Good call on the fitting.. Alot of people get more confuused by using the correct fitting..

Thanks for suggesting us..
Dave
