Customer Service is all bout dealing w/ people

Here is what I preach and teach on my Drilling Rig.

1. Do the best you can
2. Do whats right
3. Treat people the way you want to be treated

Then keep a sense of humor and know:

1. You can't please everyone
2. You can only help those who want to be helped.

I think Dave's and his Boyz pretty much have it covered with excellent customer skilz Hope Dave's expanding the biz and no-one is leaving.
