From what I have always read and researched it mainly depends on the condition of the motor, not the miles. If you know the history of the car and the maint is and has been top notch I think a 150 will be fine. I have 51k on my car and i'm currently tuning for a 150 hit to start with and plan to go up until it can't handle anymore (which will be a a long time from now). Good Luck

As long as your compression is ok then spray it. Get the proper electronics to make your kit safe. I don't have many miles as you but my stock ride loves it.

Go get a compression test done, and make sure you have good comp in all cylinders. Nitrous can be safe on any healthy motor as long as its done right. Use good electronics, dont buy cheap parts, etc. At the very least get yourself a window switch, and a good tune. And spray away!

What he said and i'd stick around 100hp shot and you should be good to go.
