Default Nitro Dave's Dyno Day Winner !!!

I had a blast today at Nitro Dave's dyno day. I have a few issues I have to get out NA and on the gas but I have a few ideas as to what is going on so that I can get my numbers a little better than what they are.

NA
408 - rwhp (down from 424)
379 - rwtq (down from 395)

NX 150
600 rwhp @ 5300rpm (shut down to lean condition)
626 rwtq @ 4600rpm

NX 125 w/ 150 fuel jets
612 rwhp @ 5200rpm (shut down to EXTREME lean condition)
648 rwtq @ 4400rpm

I have to thank Andrew (Camaroholic) VERY much for letting me use his EFI-Live and keeping track of what was going on with the motor. Hopefully after looking at everything I can figure out where my lost power has gone. The only changes I have made was changing the TR55's to TR6's (for nitrous) and I was on 16" wheels instead of my prostars and slicks. The graph looks good except for the A/F was a little leaner than my last trip to the dyno.

For those that aren't familiar with my setup it is a stage I heads and cam setup (very low budget) which I designed for Nitrous use I sold my NXL kit and just put together a regular shark nozzle kit from things I had laying around my shop. The car has a Walbro340 intank pump but I am thinking I am exceeding the limits of the pump now

Once again I had a blast, Thanks for the awesome dyno day Dave, Charles, Skizzy, and Clark

I can't believe a 340 isn't supplying enough. I guess some cars are different though. I don't think my stocker is supplying enough for my 150 either but I have a friend who runs a h/c car with an inline booster(255) and used to run a NX 150.

I think I have decided to go ahead and put together a stand alone fuel system for the kit that way I can run 104 unleaded in that tank and have less worries about detonation.

One thing is for sure I am a firm believer in chevron gas now, I only had Chevron 93 octane in it and even when the A/F went to 14 to 1 there was still ZERO knock

After looking at how I have the fuel line to the solenoid routed I think I am going to try some thing different with that and change the O2's out and give it a try again.

Thanks again for putting on an awesome Dyno Day!!

Guys let me put it like this Dave and his crew Dynoed between 15 and 20 cars in around 6 hours!!! They were busting there asses to make sure it went well and let me tell you, everyone there had a blast.
