how would a 100 shot be with stock bottom end with this compression?

No problem there!!!

First, a 100 shot is not a big shot. Second, compression doesn't effect nitrous or vice versa. Just make sure your fuel is up to par and you'll be fine.

Yeah, what Mike said. Contrary to popular belief, nitrous can work great on a high compression motor. Higher compression ratios can raise combustion chamber temps, which can lead to detonation, but as long as you have adequate fuel delivery and a conservative amount of ignition timing, you should be fine with a 100hp shot.
