Default New personal best!

Went to KCIR last night to have a little fun before the weather gets to terrible. Ended up being a perfect night for racing!

1st pass N/A - 12.7 @ 106 1.7 60'

2nd pass 100 shot - 11.9 @ 117 1.8 60'

3rd pass 100 shot - 11.7 @ 116 1.6 60'

4th pass (wasn't pretty, lots of driver error lol) - 12.9 @ 114 1.7 60'

5th and final pass of the night 150 shot - 11.3 @ 119 1.6 60'

I'm very pleased with the results considering last time i was at the track i could only manage to get an 11.7 @ 118 1.9 60' on a 150 shot. I installed some QA'1 and took the slicks this time and it help greatly! I also sprayed it out of the hole on the 3rd pass and 5th pass. I don't know if any of you have seen my threads about my nitrous issues but i was still having the problems last night with it cutting in and out slightly. The car is also in need of tune, kinda runs like **** at idle and its been 2 years since i've had a tune. With a bigger stall, gears and the nitrous figured out i think 10's are possible with my stock ls1 with minor bolt-ons. Also, the bottle pressure was only 800psi on all the nitrous passes, the bottle heater wasn't working.

Nice numbers congrats. You were prolly only getting a 60-70 shot if the pressure was that low.

The bottle pressure is more than likely why the car was cutting in and out...

Congrates on the new times.
