Default Painting Nitrous Bottle

so im trying to paint my nitrous bottle, the problem i keep running into is the paint refuses to stick!! i have scuffed the paint and wiped it down with laquer thiner and still wont stick.

what has been your best method to paint yours? do i have to sandblast all the old paint off, i know that it will stick then, but im trying to avoid doing that

Are those decals, or did you spray that as well. Looks good.

75% preparation + 25% application = 100% decent rattle-can paint job
