Default Newb Question About Nitrous...

Im new to the whole nitrous deal and i had a few questions because i was thinking about goin the nitrous route with my car. First of all, i have a 98 z28.

Which system is the best?
How hard are they to install?
Are any other mods necessary in order to run nitrous?
How bad is it for your car?

Thanks alot.

You see the search button at the top of the nitrous forum? All of those question can be answered from there.

the easiest kits to install are called single stage nossle kits. they have a nossle that screws into your air intake and sprays either nitrous( dry kit) or a mixture of nitrous and gasoline(wet kit). the dry kits are easier to install because all you have to install is the bottle brackets, nitrous line, the nossle, and the soolinoind and its wiring. wet kits require you to cut into your fuel lines to install a fuel solinoid. i personaly like nitrous express, they have excellent quality hardware and looks great. i think their reputation preceds them. IMO nitrous is one of the easiest go-faster mods there is for your car, and it is completely safe as long as you respect it and dont abuse it on your engine -nitrous dosent kill engines, stupid people with nitrous kill engines-
