Default NX bottle PSI gauge seems to have liquid nitrous swimming inside. Is this normal?

First time took the bottle off and saw something weird on my pressure gauge (this gauge is mounted on the bottle).

It seems like it has nitrous swimming inside the gauge. I can see liquid moving as I move the bottle around.

Here are some pics. Is this normal?

I think that might be a liquid filled gauge.I dont know for sure but thats what it looks like they are supposed to be more accurate.
