Default forged 370 how much noz can i shot

Hey guys I gotta lq4 0.30 forged flat top pistons and a stock crank ..how much big of a shot can I shoot....and do I need special piston rings... thanking of shooting 250 .....

As long as you have the fuel to support it and the rings gapped accordingly

If not going with after market rods it is definitely a good idea to atleast upgrade the bolts to ARPs.

And please don't call it noz. It reminds me of every 16 year old who comes into my store before I correct them.

The stock crank is fairly strong. Get some decent H beam rods. Depending on what pistons I would say 200 to 250 is a nice safe point as long as the tune up is right.
