say you hit the rev limiter on the 1-2 or 2-3 shift...the stock rev limiter pulls fuel if im not mistaken obviously thats not good for any motor is it a hit or miss thing with an auto whereas youll blow the motor or have people done it time and time again with no major issues? Also would it be wise to try and adjust/upgrade your ignition so it cuts spark instead of fuel?

I have done it when my old tranny started slipping. I haven't had any problems. U can do the window switch but for my setup I don't want it.

usually rev limiter = nitrous backfire

It all depends on how hard you lay on the limiter. I've seen people tap the limiter and save it by letting off the juice asap. I've also seen people blow the lid right off and crack the intake.

Don't press your luck and stay off the limiter while spraying. A window switch is a good saftey investment

why would you not want a window switch, or RPM activated switch, (for high rpm cutoff only)

definatrly a window switch. a ignition upgrade will be wasted, stock ignition is an overkill if you ask me.

I plan on setting my Harlan @ 2800-5800 but I am concerned that in the event of a missed shift there will still be some nitrous/fuel (wet system) left inside the manifold. I would hate to back off the window switch any more so I guess this is as good as it gets?
