Default N20 Users Beware!

Guys I hate to make this post but after receiving emails and phone calls from people having issues I think it is best.

As many of you are aware of we have been doing specialty custom nitrous systems for many years. We prefer to focus on the specialty side of things along with quality and service rather than mass part sales. Some of our specialty systems consist of custom spray bars in the intake plenum for 4150 and 4500 series carb style intakes.

I have pictures and a flow video from an individual that had a similar set up to one of our 4150 spray bar set ups done by another nitrous company. This particular individual keeps killing pistons in the same cylinders. After talking with him and going over his set up I was able to spot distinct differences between his spray bar set up and the way we do ours.

After helping him I got to thinking. What if this poorly done intake were to be resold to someone else who had no idea what they were buying? What if the person buying this intake used was under the impression it was something done by us. To the untrained eye a system may look like a system and this poor individual would be buying a part they suspected to be quality built set up done by our company when in reality its not.

I realized at this point that with other companies targeting a market we have specialized in for so long we needed a way for people to be able to separate our work from other companies.

So from here out, Any intakes that we do custom spray bars in it will have our logo stamped on the flange. For anyone purchasing a system used from someone and wants to verify it was done by us. You can email us pictures of the intake along with the persons name and we will verify if he ever had an intake done from us. We realize that this does not mean the intake you are buying used is that particular intake but this is one thing we can do to help.

For those buying used intakes you can always send the intake to us and have us check it out. The small price you would pay may be much cheaper than a new engine.

We thank you all for trusting our company so much.
Dave

Just a note to all you nitrous users, When Dave and myself worked together, all of the items that he designed were tested on a dyno, Example, the spray bar he is talking about, He use a clear lid, we tested it on the dyno and he watched the spray pattern then made adjustments to where he saw was the most accurate and best design. All of his work is pure quality and I back him 100%...

Talk about back in the day, when I was in high school in Waco I use to have all the work on my LT car done by you guys when you had the little shop on Franklin! Miss those days. Service was top notch then and still is. I rocked my Nitro Daves Performance sticker for many years lol.

dave we have similar issues in our industry, you might think of using a sn# system so you can catalog setups.........along with the logo.
