Default Yank PT4000...how much spray?

I just swapped from a 4l60e with a Yank ss3600 to a 4l80e with a Yank PT4000. I have read all the stuff that says don't spray on a PT4000, but I know I have seen threads on here where people have. I only plan on a 150 shot max. So, I want to know who sprayed their PT4000 and how efficient it was on dope. Thanks.

Try it and see. Every combo is different. Worse case you will need to send it to yank to have it tighten up some.

On my setup, the pt4000 was too loose for n20, but I was running it on a 413 c.i. engine. I now have the ss3600 and its quite a bit too tight for na passes, but it really shines with some spray. Im going to try a 200 shot on it this season. Im guessing, on a stock cubic inch engine the 4000 will be fine on a 150 shot, but I bet that will be about the limit of what you can spray without it blowing through the converter.

Kinda what I was thinking, fastGB. I had an fti 4000 in my 4l60e and I swapped to the yank ss3600 for spray. However, my 4l60e took a dump so I picked up a 4l80e swap and it had this pt4000 converter with it........
