How to tap fuel for wet kit with stock style FAST rails?

How to tap fuel for wet kit with stock style FAST rails? I have the fast stock style fuel rails that don't have the big valve thing on it where people tap. What are some other ways to get this done? Looking to start wiring up my Wet Kit soon. Do I just tap the forward end of the fuel rail?
