Default Safe Shot for an LS-7 bottom end

What's a safe shot for a stock internal LS-7? Looking to run a 150 shot, no more than that

It can take it. Just make sure youpull enough timing. LS7''s have thin walls and prone to cracking.

Yep, 150 shot planned here too LS7 is built and gapped for nitrous though already but I'm still gonna stay with 150 shot.

Coldest non-projected plug you can keep clean, very conservative on timing and race gas. It will hold 150 with ease, I would not be scared to put 250 on it.

My LS7 has a big cam, ported and decked heads, and bolt ons. It makes 571/512 SAE N/A. I'm putting on a Nitrous outlet plate kit, plugs are tr7's @ .034", I'm gonna pull 4* of timing. It likes high 12.5:1 A/F, N/A, do you think I should richen it up? I'm thinking a 100 shot, tops. Thoughts?

Don't run those plugs. Put in a set of br7ef. Leave the fueling part of the tune alone and tune the kit. Pull the timing like you said you are

You don't think that's a big cam? Whatever.

Keep in mind this is a daily driver, on 91 octane. I've never seen anyone running anything bigger on the street. Trailer queens maybe.

My cam for an LS3 headed 416 is 240/251 which is barely smaller than yours.

TSP has a cam for 4xx cube LS3 headed motors they build and its 251/259. Street driven by the customer they put it in the car for.

If you are referring to choppiness as in ability to be street driven, then there are cams smaller than yours that are way choppier. It just depends on how its ground.
