What fuel setup for 2 stages
PlannIng on running a dual plate setup with 100 on each system looking to see what pump and rails and such would I need to get in order to support the system? Car Is ls1 basic bolt ons thanks for the help

Well if he has a dual stage plate already he may as well use it.
Get a dual stage window switch that has a gear lock out and delay feature. That way you can come out the hole on one stage and delay the other for however long you need it.
2* timing per 50hp of nitrous is a rule of thumb. Most pull an extra degree or two on top of that to start with, almost 9/10 though the initial jetting will be rich and a bigger nitrous pill or smaller fuel jet is needed to bring the afr in line with what the plugs are telling you.

Honestly I couldn't give you a good answer on that one.
I think they come out of the box @ .35.
On my boosted car I ran them out of the box.
Not the same set-up here though. Maybe camscam, atv or nitro dave can help you out or carter01 I'd bet camscam and carter run that BR8EF plug.
