Default Will I hurt anything?

Been thinking about a wet 100 shot, thing is I wanna do it on a completely stock LS1 automatic. I'm gonna take the precaution of making sure the engine is healthy and able to handle a 100 shot as well as colder plugs, but will such a shot hurt anything?

And I'm not talking about the off chance I break something, I mean are there any parts that are sure to break stock?

Lots of people do a 100 shot on a bone stock LS1 with no issues...
Just get a tune that pulls 4* of timing and use some NGK BR6EF(3177's) Plugs

Lots of people doing a 150 shot on stock motor with no issues...though, I would not push it a lot further than that as teh stock bottom end really isnt all that great and seems to start having issues once you get to a 200 shot...

your transmission will be the first thing that will give you problems...
run it till it gives out, then build it better.
then your rearend will have issues...dont launch it on slicks unless you are ready to replace parts of buy a 9" or a 12bolt or an s60 or something much better than the stock 10 bolt rear.

a 100 shot won't hurt anything as long as you use the above named plugs and your a/f is correct. Your trans, if it has been maintained, should hold up just fine for quite a while.
And no, slicks will not bust your 10 bolt at your power level.
In fact, drag radials are way harder on 10 bolts then bias ply slicks.
There are many many members here have been cutting 1.5 60' and better times for years w/o issues on their 10 bolt. M6 guys have it tougher due to the way they "shock" the rear during a launch.
So spray away and have fun.
