Default First Pass 1/8 mile 150 shot

I went to RedLine Raceway Saturday night to finally test out the LT1 Plate Kit from Nitrous Outlet and was pleased with the results. I made 3 passes. The first I slammed into the rev limiter on my 1/2 and then the 2/3 so adjustments were made inside the pits. The second run, I hit the rev limiter on my 2/3 but the car recovered nicely and made a decent pass. The third run was the best of the night for me. My 60' wasn't as good as i was shooting for with a 1.60 but with a little work I know I can dig into the mid 1.55 range. With both passes in the 1/8 mile, I could not get my MPH over 94 mph. I will play with the timing and plugs to see if I can stretch a better ET and MPH. Also, I had my shifts set to begin at 6100 and gave myself some room to complete the shifts thinking it would actually shift around 6300-6400, I was wrong. Shifts happened almost instantly according to Autotap @ 6157. I will increase the points to 6400 and see if that will improve anything. Full race weight with my added 240lbs does not make for a light set up I know. But I was impressed pulling the wheels about a foot (according to the camera man)

Nice! That should be good for low 11's. How do you like your nitrous outlet setup? Are u using the msd digital 6 to pull timing?

The system from Dave and Crew is flawless paired with the digital 6+. With a little more tuning I'm looking for a 7.05-7.1.5 from the 150 jets. Mid april putting in the 200 jets looking for a 6.8-6.9. That should net me a 10 sec pass.

As much as I love the sound of my cc306, i have to admit, paired with the heads I thought it would be a tad bit faster. As stated earlier, with more tuning I know I can get a 7.05 / 11.1 sec run, but with a more effecient cam and the same 150 jets it should break a 6.9 in the 8th and 10.90 in the 1/4. Just my thoughts.

I would definitely run a different cam.
