Default Tuning N20 w/o Dyno or Wideband?

I've been considering nitrous for a while and started buying the parts I'll need but am concerned about dialing in the system. I am planning on spraying a 125 shot and it is pretty much a street only car (rarely go to the track).

How hard/tedious/dangerous for the motor is it to dial in the nitrous system without a dyno or a wideband? I figure it is a lot of plug reading to determine what jet and timing changes need to be made, but how long does this usually take and how risky is it?

Thanks - I've been having second doubts on N2O lately...

On a shot that size it wouldnt be that big of a deal. Just use the jets they(the company that made the kit) suggest for a 125 shot, pull 5-6 degrees of timing and go from there.

Also, since I am going to be pulling timing when spraying, can I safely go with a bigger shot?
