Everything I've read says for 200hp+ direct is the ticket. If I ever step up to a motor built for it, ill run direct when I hit 200 pill

On a 300 a direct port would be great being that every cylinder would have its own nozzle meaning that every cylinder would be getting equal amounts of fuel and nitrous in precise amounts.

A properly set up spray bar could do a 300 jet as well but there is more room that it could be a little off for perfect cylinder distribution.

.

With 300, I would also use DP. I really prefer having control over each hole.
Even the best intakes can have subtle differences that can be an issue the bigger you get.
Even on my top quality tunnel rams, we find differences hole to hole we need to adjust for.

You can run a 200 now. Many guys running 200 on a plate. 225-250 is when you need to look towards a DP unless you are a very experienced nitrous tuner

Dp all the way.. but it also depends on ur budget. Dp aren't cheap by any means especially when it comes to buying jets to spray more at it or just to fine tune it. Instead of just buying 2 jets ur now buying 16. 8 for fuel and 8 for nitrous. Spray bars or a plate setup have come along ways. So either way ur fine just keep an eye on ur plugs and take baby steps on how much u spray u will be fine
