Geez, nobody? I know the Beater Bomb mustang all over the internet ran somewhere around mid 9's on stock bottom 5.3's until he built a forged one..... I know it had a cam, obvious boltons with a carb, not sure if the heads were stock....

A buddy of mine has been 6.06 in the 1/8 with a cam only EFI 5.3 on a dry shot.

Do you know cam specs and how much he was spraying? Was it a regular 5.3 or an L33?

Standard 5.3 and all I remember it was an off the shelf Lunati cam. It was a 230 dry shot

Nitrous Outlet has a customer with a stock 5.3 longblock with a cam using the puck and a carb running 6.00 in the 1/8th.

This is the one I'm assuming he was talking about.... It says in one of his videos that it has ported 862s.....
