Default Hope I'm ready, aiming for 9s.

Maybe its a pipe dream but my 2 goals are: 1 pop a wheelie, 2 get in the single digits on stock cubes.

I'm abit tired and getting over food poisoning but here we go...

Running a forged ls6 short block, arp everywhere. Diamond 2cc reliefs, compstar rods. 47lb injectors with a Walboro. G5x3 cam, fast 102 with 92 mm tb... And all the other normal mods headers tsp duals etc etc...

Custom built 4l60e with an ati 4400 stall.

Now later this year after I get back from the desert I intent to bolster all my weak points. I learned 2 motors ago to no cheap out so I'm not gonna spare any expenses on these final items.

9", prc 227s and a direct port.

Now, I ask the nitrous veterans, should I just go straight with a 200 shot or do you think a 150/175 would suffice to meet my goals?

I won't lie I've never messed with the juice yet, never intended to but also never intended to be forged either lol.

Lemme know! Thanks.

Sorry if this post has a bunch of scattered thoughts, food poisoning is a bitch...

The direct port stuff makes it pretty easy I think. Never been a heavy nitrous user and after having a direct ported flowed and jetted I went right to a 250.

if you are new to nitrous, I would start small with the 150 hit, and learn how read your plugs and tune yourself, it will let you see how little changes affect everything, that way once you get a handle on things moving to the 200 will be much easier, and less dangerous on parts. A properly setup stock cube motor should go 9's on 150-200 worth without much difficulty if everything is setup right.

P.s doing a massive wheelie is fun once or twice, but after that strap that front down and go fast lol

it dont take a lot of money to do a big wheelie lol But it takes a lot of money to fix everything you break on the way down

Depending on the weight of the car, suspension & how well the car is working, I don't see why you can't make a 9 second pass on a 150- 175 shot.

Weight wise I will be running almost full weight. Haven't weighed the car in a looooong time so we'll see about there I'm at there. Suspension wise I'll be using carter01's setup as a blue print with some variations here and there. Hopefully car health wise it's still running nice and buttery, only got about 16k on my engine and 10k on my tranny.

As far as what's gonna die on the way down, I'm praying for nothing but hopefully it's just a dented pan lol, he'll even if it's a k member guess it'll be time to go tubular huh? Lol

Tire wise I'll prolly run something really sticky out back and toss some skinnies on the front.

I'm really not sure why I'm doing this, I don't even like the track that much but I keep setting goals beating them and then setting a new one right away, now being a single digit pass and a wheelie lol....

Youre not denting an aluminum pan, youre breaking it. Coud tear the shocks up. Bend countless suspension peices. Destroy your headers. I say worry about the et and not the wheelie.

Get some madman SYA bars then worry about the wheelie's they will come.

Just set the front extension loose and smack the **** out of it off the line, it will do it just fine then.

200 shot will probably be what it takes to get a full weight car in the 9's.
