Default Dry to wet?

So a guy I know is selling an entire kit for 350. Thinking about picking it up but don't want a dry kit. It is a fogger kit and I am wondering if I pick it up can I just swap it to a wet kit?

post picture of the kit.

Is it a regular nozzle that they used as dry (how we did it) or just a dry nozzle?

If its a dry nozzle fogger and you want it to be a wet system your better off just buying a wet kit.
