Default 2004 5.3 + nitrous

A few years ago I blew the LS1 in my Camaro, and put a cammed 5.3L from a 2004 van in there. It has lower compression, I think its 9.5 to 1. is there such a thing too low of compression for nitrous? I want to run a N2O outlet f-body specific kit with a 150 shot. I know the iron block is stronger but I'm not so sure about it because it has low compression. Thanks

You are going to be fine with lower compression on the nitrous. You will not yield as much power as a higher compression motor would but it will be perfectly fine.
