Default E85 and nitrous?

Ive been reading and it looks like people are saying the rule of thumb is increase your fuel jet size by 28%, is this accurate information? Just did the switch to E85 and I will be a 150-175 nitrous tune up.

No ****. He is referring to the proper jet sizing for nitrous when using E85.

for a 150 shot if you are pulling off the rail or have a dedicated fuel cell at roughly 55 psi or so will likely be 70N 44F for e85, if you are really concerned about it Call nitrous outlet as they work with a lot of e85 stuff. FWIW a clean tuneup on 93 octane was a 70n 34F so that shows the diff between e85 and 93 right there. As i said though my first call would be to Nitrous Outlet.

We have found that 25% up on the fuel jet is pretty spot on.

here is a jet chart for you on our plate or nozzle for reference. You need any help with jetting on a system feel free to message or call any of us here. We can get you taken care of.

Thanks for the info, it should help me a lot. But I forgot to mention that I use the NANO 3000 system, will I need to increase the fuel jet size another 25% on top of that 25% for the E85?

You would increase 25% for the E85 and then 10% with the Nano. That should at least get you at a good starting point. With both you are most likely going to need to buy some tuning gets to get it dialed in.

Actually the flow from the spray bars to the nozzles and plates is different. We test all our product on the flow bench then make our jet charts. That is why you see some differences between the jet charts on our products. Your setup of 70N/44F should be on for a 150 shot on 55psi tune up.
