Any straight thru mufflers will flow just fine for your needs. Dynomax bullets, SLPs, straight thru magnaflows etc etc.

dynomax bullet is the best way to go they are cheap they tuck up nice so you gain ground clearance and they sound good

If your worried about noise at all, I am really impressed with how much quieter the 4" Spintechs are compared to my old bullets.

just bought some magnaflows to replace my dynmax bullets, i must be getting too old because the noise was too loud and annoying to me, dont have the magnaflows on yet but im sure they will quiet it down some and they shouldn't hurt flow any beings they are straight through

Match your collectors to the exhaust tubing. If its 3.5" use full 3.5" duals. I've never over exhausted an LS yet. 347 ci with stepped headers from 1 7/8 to 2" with 3.5" collectors. Custom 3.5" y- pipe into a single 4". 6 speed on hose and rapes every time we hit the track.
