Default who can help me with wiring my window switch?

Im using this diagram, http://www.fquick.com/garages/viewga...ewimg&id=58515, but i have a digital window switch pn8969. The wiring is a little different so I was hoping someone could help me out. Also where do you guys get into your tach signal? I have a multimeter looking for some assistance.

I used the white wire on passenger side by manifolds for my tach signal, but I believe PIN# 10 on the ecu works as well....on the 8969 the yellow provides ground source at desired rpm(usually you connect this to pin 85 on your relay). Red connects to 12 volts....Black to a good ground...and white to the tach signal....Gray wont be used.

Did you get this figured out. Im new to the site... but here's what i did. I ran my power and ground as normal. For the tach signal, i ran the white wire and tapped into the power wire on a fuel injector. On the box, i set it to my specified rpm's, and set the cylinder settings to "1". I did it this way because is could not get it to read from the tach signal.

I ran the white wire to the tach signal on the PCM, pulled 12v power from what I believe was my TCS switch (not positive), grounded it with my other grounds under the center consol and ran the yellow wire to my fpss that in turn goes to pin 85 on my relay like previously stated.

Sounds good. It took awhile for me to figure everything out, i drew power from my cig lighter on its own switch. But i couldnt nail down a tach signal. So i tapped the fuel injector. It works great.

New question. I have it all wired up now. My question is the rpm on the window switch display does not match the tach. Is this normal? It maxes out at 15 on the display. I read the manual and it doesnt mention anything about what the display reads. I have the rpm on set at 3200 and the rpm off at 6000 and the cyl setting 1.

It depends on how you have the tach signal wire installed. Some say that the actual box settings are wrong. Try setting the cylinder settings to 4cyl. If you are still having issues after that. My best honest opinion would be to tap into the fuel injector wire, and set it to 1 cyl.

Oh and the rpm's are x100. so a 15 = 1500. 32=3200 and so on and so on.

Thats what I assumed but why does it peak at 15 at 6500rpm?

Figured it out the manual says ls engines use cyl setting 1. Use this if youre drawing a tach signal from a single coil, if youre tapped into the PCM on pin10 you have to use cyl setting4.
