Default Nitrous Noob.

So I have zero experience with nitrous. I have a couple nitrous solenoids and a nozzle for a wet shot.. I might be able to complete the kit soon.

So a few questions..
1. What else do I need to complete a good nitrous kit?
2. What are some basic things I need to know about nitrous before I try to use it? I'm not one to attempt to do something that I know nothing about.

Thanks in advance for any help.

well base wet nitrous system is going to need fuel solenoid, nitrous solenoid, feed line, bottle, lines from the solenoids to the nozzle, nozzle, relay, wiring and solenoid mounts.

What is this going in?? How much are you looking to spray?

I already have the fuel and nitrous solenoids and nozzle. It's going in my 2000 Trans am. I'll probably start with a 100 shot to mess around with.

by the time it comes off the jack stands the trans will have a lil better than stock rebuild, shift kit, slp lid, fast 90 intake, long tubes and y pipe, good exhaust, 3.42 gears, and 2600 stall.

good luck with it.. I just picked up a mostly complete wet kit myself. A few other good things to have are:

1. bottle heater
2. purge setup
3. remote opener
4.blowdown setup
5.window switch.
6. fuel pressure safety switch

These items aren't needed, but make for an easier and safer time using nitrous, IMO...
