My 3rd NX TPS switch just went south.
Is there some quality control problem with NX TPS switches?
It hasn't been 5 months and I have already gone through 3 different NX TPS switches. :mad :mad :mad The first two were within 5 weeks. And the 3rd one lasted for close to 4 months. Agggrrrrrrr. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Mad]" src="gr_images/icons/mad.gif" /> <img border="0" title="" alt="[Mad]" src="gr_images/icons/mad.gif" /> <img border="0" title="" alt="[Mad]" src="gr_images/icons/mad.gif" /> (And yes, all 3 of them were wired correctly as instructed by NX. I have double check a billiion times. And plus, it wouldn't have worked if it wasn't wired correctly).
I'm going send it back to NX and see what's going on. <img border="0" alt="[guns]" title="" src="graemlins/gr_guns.gif" /> <img border="0" alt="[guns]" title="" src="graemlins/gr_guns.gif" /> <img border="0" alt="[guns]" title="" src="graemlins/gr_guns.gif" />

Here is the link over @ Corvetteforum, many others are also having problem with these damn TPS switches.

Re: My 3rd NX TPS switch just went south.
Well I just got a new NX MAF kit and I have been working on the TPS switch for two weeks now and can't even get a light. I have checked the wires a thousand times and god forbid I try and talk to NX. All I get from them is, "you must have something wired wrong." Like they can't take responsibility for their parts. Is it too much to ask for everything in a kit to work?

As I have mentioned before, it was working great for couple months so I know for sure all wires are connected correctly.
Black wire goes to ground, red goes to +12V, white goes to RPM signal from PCM, and pink goes to relay.

I got mixed up my MSD RPM Windows Switch in the previous post. I do/did have the white wire going to the TPS signal on the throttle body.
Cheers.
