Default Introducing The New Nitrous Outlet Bottle Valve

Nitrous Outlet Billet Bottle Valve
The New Nitrous Outlet Billet bottle valve means business! It is the highest flowing valve Nitrous Outlet has ever released. CNC machined from billet aluminum the valve has an enormous 8AN (.395") orifice from the pick-up tube to the 8AN (largest in the industry) o-ring seal exit port. The valve is available with a one piece 4AN, 6AN, or 8AN bottle nipple. This new design has a 3,000 PSI pressure relief port and dual accessory ports. One of the accessory ports doubles as a push port for pressure assist systems. The valve also has an CNC machined billet hand wheel with rounded edges so opening and closing the valve is easy and comfortable. Additionally, the valves are anodized black with laser etched port labels and Nitrous Outlet logo.

Every Nitrous Outlet bottle and system is currently shipping out of our building with these valves. It will take us a while to get all of our pictures updated on our website.

Wonder if I was the first to get this as the initial day you release this, I had it in my hands that day.

Nitrous supply make a really nice 1/4 turn. I have no plans in making one at this time. They all leak and this valve will flow more than anyone will ever need with out the issues the 1/4 turn ball valve has.

at what point is a high flow bottle needed? i have one of your older regular valves and one of your other style high flows yd into each other. so two 10pounders but with different valves on the same plate.

The racers that will see the main flowing benefit of this valve are the racers restricted to one singe bottle and running a large jet.

My apologies for resurrecting an old thread, but I accquired a set of bottles with billet valves. One is installed and one is not. I'm told that it's suggested to use teflon paste on the threads of the valve when installing on the bottle even though it's o-ringed? Also on the nipple fitting? Anyone have any feedback on this? Thanks!

You don't need to put teflon paste on ANYTHING within the nitrous system. On fittings that you need to use a sealant on, use blue loc tite. As far as the bottle valve is concerned, it is O-ringed and doesn't need any sealant. Same goes with the bottle nipple. It has an O-ring on one side and AN fitting on the other side.

That's what I thought....why o-ring fittings and then use paste or sealant...thank you for the confirmation sir.

I'm still old school using a couple of old NOS 15 lbs bottles with the old Super Hi Flo valves on them. Single plate kit with a .130 jet. What is the advantage of these newer valves on the market vs the old tried and true stuff? My solenoids only have a .125 orifice I think and I use a -6 feed line from bottle to solenoid.

NX talks about their DF5 valves having less turns and 45* bends instead of 90* bends to increase flow.

In the first picture you will see the inner orifice size of the valve. Our competitions valve actually necks down inside where ours stays a true .395 orifice. It is the highest flowing traditional style valve. Ball valves like the one you mentioned are capable of flowing a lot but can be knocked open on accident and are viewed as being less safe.
