Default Nitrous Outlet Billet Valve VS The Competition

A lot of people have been asking about the difference between our new billet bottle valve and the competitions billet bottle valve. The graphic below shows a side by side cut away comparison of the two valves.

A picture is worth a thousand words. More flow is more power on the same jet!

Does the new valve have gauge port, blow off port, 45 exit and push port?
I need the push port for nano pressure. am looking to find one for a 15 lb bottle.
are you saying a smaller pick up tube is better?

I recently tested two of the "competitions" valves and they kick azz compared to my old one. Why the smaller tube?
(sorry, bought them from a very fast car owner on this site for a very reasonable deal; I usually use you guys)

Our valve has the blow off valve port and two accessory ports. One of the accessory ports can be used as a push port.

The I.D. through the valve is the restriction point. If you look at the bottle valve on the left it has a 5/8 pick up tube feeding a valve that necks down to a .200 I.D.

If you look at our bottle valve it is a true .395 I.D. all the way through the pick up tubes I.D, through the Valves I.D to the main feed line. So our valve assembly has no restriction or expansion areas. Just a smooth high flowing valve from the point of pick up to the point of exit.

What's the part number for a valve w /pick up tube on a 15lb bottle?
Is there a pic of all sides of the valve?

Looks like a well built product. I have been very happy with my nitrous outlet kit and accessories. Does this valve have any benefit to us guys that are running a relatively small shot? I am running a 150 wet through a 78mm plate. Thank you!

That Nitrous Express valve kicked the living crap out of the NANO valve I had on my bottle. I only use a 200 shot, but plan to do 300. I noticed a difference w/the 200 FOR SURE.

As soon as I get that N.O. valve in there will report back.

The Df5 valve is a ball valve style valve. It has a large free flowing hole. I personally do not like any of the ball valve style valves. They all leak due to the way they are made. The nicest Ball valve on the market is made by Nitrous Supply so if that is the style valve you are looking for go with it.

However our seat style valve will flow more than any tune up someone is going to throw at something and it does not leak.

Results: At 3100 D.A, ~95 deg, car ran 145.46mph on 200 shot. That is about what it runs on the Nitrous Express valve. More testing to come, but I believe they are very similiar.

31/24 with progressive turned down to 200hp. Because it was so hot and d.a. was high, I have a feeling your valve may slightly out perform the NX one.
I don't want to say anything yet, because on 2nd pass, we changed the main nitrous line. The old one blew away.

I honestly do not know if you will see the added value of our valve with the amount of jet you have.

I can tell you that our old 45 degree valve had a .295 orifice inside and when we compared our new billet valve to it on a .044 pilled direct port with a single 10lb bottle we picked over 30 hp.

Well, I will tell you this. W/the new nitrous line and valve, I got a stronger purge. That says something right there.
