will this cam work???
Thunder Racing 230/224 .575/.563 111 LSA will this cam work with a 150 shot? I was told the ext. is too small it needs to be bigger then the int.and the lsa should be like 114. The guy at thunder said I could but others told me not to. What could go wrong w/ this cam? Thanks guys

You could definately use that cam, but it's not exactly what I would call a 'nitrous' cam.
A nitrous cam typically has more duration on the exhaust side than on the intake side, more exhaust lift on than intake lift, and it usually on a wider LSA, typically 114 degrees.
A 224/230 .570/.590 114 LSA cam would be nice.

From your sig I can tell you do not have heads. So my answer would be yes, with 150 being max shot used.
Also ((230+224)/2)- (111x2)= +5 overlap coeficient, which makes this cam "230/224" a better power producer than "224/230" with ((224+230)/2)- (114x2)= -1 (negative overlap coeficient)
For every +1 overlap coeficient you should get 2+ RWHP AT PEAK
