Default Newb question about my N2O plate

I recently bought a NX kit off a member who had it on his C5. When I went to install the plate I realize the shark nozzle is set up to go in on the passenger side (for DBW) and doesn't clear the throttle cable.

Could I just flip it over to install or will the passages above the intake tract not lining up perfectly cause an issue?

Nobody? I noticed the nitrous outlet plates don't even have provisions for the passages at the top...
