Your spraying a 180 shot right? With a 15lbs bottle at about 1000psi (TNT 150) I havn't seen any more that 100psi drop during a good run. Have only gotten to play with the 150 shot on the street but I usaully run from 40 mph to about 100 mph or so. I do remember reading your other posts so I assume that you have double checked all the fittings after the N2O noids?

What kind of temps are you running to get to 1050psi? Are you sure the bottles are good and full? I know it's "bad" but it is easier to maintain pressure with a slightly overfilled bottle. I usually don't get any more than a 200 psi drop and even that is a little excessive. Granted that is only with a 150 shot though.

I do my own fills, yea I usually still an extra pound in them
Maybe this NXL kit was a complete waste of time and money.
