Default Progressive 300, Dual Stage Plate, or Plate + Direct Port

Car is a 6 speed GTO. Et streets + drag bags.

I've been spraying a single stage through a Nitrous Outlet 78mm plate (88 jet + nano) onto my cam only SBE setup with success. (Stand alone + C16).

I finally installed the new engine. Built high compression 347 with fast 92/92.

I have a 92mm single stage nitrous outlet plate that I could use, but I'd like to step up to a .93 jet + nano. Not sure if I should:

a) just use the single stage plate + progressive (I have a NOS Mini laying around). (150 initial, ramp to 300 over .75-1.0 seconds)

b) throw a dual stage NO plate on there and do 100 first kit, 200 second kit.

c) throw a direct port on the FAST for the second kit. (100 first kit, 200 second kit)

Feedback?

(Car is 60% street 50 rolls, 35% street digs, 5% track)

If you are planning on spraying 300 regularly, the plate would work, but a direct port would be a better option. You'll be able to tune each cylinder that way and it will come in a little softer initially than a plate. If I was going to be spraying 300 I would definitely look towards a direct port for myself.

Now, to answer your question about dual stage/ big single and progressor..

I've always preferred to have a big single stage and a progressor. Running a dual stage setup works fine also though, I just feel that with the progressor you get a bit more control of how the nitrous is coming in. Let me know if you have any questions about anything..

Thanks Garrett-

What's the recommended maintenance schedule on 15201L / 15200L when used in a progressive system?

Our solenoids are built to take 1000's of progression cycles without any problems. I would recommend you check them prob once a race season just to make sure there isn't any abnormal wear on them.
