better to tee before or after the fuel rails for fuel solenoid?
ok i have aftermarket rails, should i tee off before or after the fuel rails to feed the fuel solenoids or does it not matter?

Anything about 200 or under is okay to pull from the rail, assuming the pump is sufficient enough. If you are spraying large amounts of horsepower, I would just go ahead and run a seperate line and regulator. You will probably want that extra tunability anyways.

200 is fine from the rails. You would just put a T fitting in line and run the T part off to a regulator, and on towards your fuel solenoid.
You may decide not to run a seperate regulator for a 200, some guys don't but its nice to be able to individually tune the pressure going to your fuel solenoid independent of what the motor runs on. (If that makes sense.) In that case, you would just run the T straight to your fuel solenoid.
