Anything about 200 or under is okay to pull from the rail, assuming the pump is sufficient enough. If you are spraying large amounts of horsepower, I would just go ahead and run a seperate line and regulator. You will probably want that extra tunability anyways.

Pulling fuel after the rail will be just fine. How big of a shot are you looking to run?

I was reading that for large shots to tee before the rails and run a separate regulator

200 is fine from the rails. You would just put a T fitting in line and run the T part off to a regulator, and on towards your fuel solenoid.

You may decide not to run a seperate regulator for a 200, some guys don't but its nice to be able to individually tune the pressure going to your fuel solenoid independent of what the motor runs on. (If that makes sense.) In that case, you would just run the T straight to your fuel solenoid.

Let me know if you have anymore questions.

I'll see if I can draw something here in a bit. You just need to put a "y" or "t" in line of the line coming from the tank, and run the line from there to the regulator, and onto the solenoid.
