Good head gasket for nitrous cam only motor I have a 98 trans am, blew the stock short block apart years ago. Picked up a 5.3 that I'm going to build up for a big shot (like 300 plus) and in the mean time I'm going to swap in my buddys stock 02 LS1 short block just to play around with. Engine is a 02 LS1 (I think LS6 block? not sure) and I'm just getting ready to put my heads and valve train in it. I have 243 heads, with a TREX cam going in. I'm going to use ARP head studs, and just wondered what gaskets I should use for spray? Going to keep it around 150 so I don't scatter it, maybe try 175-200 for a pass or two. Should I just use stock GM gaskets or what? Can't be too thin because the TREX already runs a tight PTV. Thanks!
