Default Yet another nitrous cam question...

I've done several searches and read where most agreed that more exhaust duration and 114+LS make for the best nitrous cams. Now my question is this, on large cubed engine (383,422,427) it is said that a 112LS cam will act like a 114LS cam would act in a stock cubed engine. Would the same hold true when considering spraying a large cubed engine? I don't plan on spraying every week but, when I do choose to spray, I would like to set up a large dual stage kit (200/250 or so). What kind of specs would be recommended on such an application? Thanks for any help.
