Default Bottle heater on with bottle closed

I am thinking about getting a small distribution block, and having my heater on off switch mounted to the bottle so that the bottle doesn't have to be open for it to build pressure. Is there any reason not to do this? Safety concern? I would put the heater switch on a quick disconnect. Thanks,

I am assuming by on off switch you mean the pressure transducer. It is just a pain to disconnect everything when filling your bottle.

Thats how I did it on my bottle, our Lightning valve has 2 gauge ports in the side of the valve you can use for that.

As far as safety, most bottle warmers don't get hot enough to cause the bottle explode, if that's your concern.

Yeah OP, there is a safety pressure disc that ruptures at a certain pressure rating to prevent the bottle from exploding from overpressuring.

Thanks,
