Default Inline fuse on Nitrous/Fuel Solenoid

It seems odd to me, but my NX directions, and wiring diagrams i have found on here don't have an inline fuse from the 12v to the relay for the nitrous/fuel solenoids. Both my purge and bottle heater have an inline fuse. Is one needed on the noids? If so, any size recommendation? Thanks,

I normally don't run one, but for the proton, as 20 amp fuse would suffice.

Thanks,
Garrett

Remember! Fuses are used to protect the wiring from starting a fire in the case of a fault. It needs to be large enough not to blow from normal current draw of the device it's supplying but small enough the to keep the amperage below the rating of the wire you are using. Look at the rating on your wire.

Checked the wire. I used 12 gauge. Says 22 amps, so a 20 amp fuse would be perfect. Thanks for the info, i did not know that!!!
